  • Meet Me in the Middle

    Some couples enjoy the planning process and want to have a bigger role in helping plan their day. This would be the perfect package for you and we will become BFFs for the duration of the planning. I have the best vendors in the area and they have been working with us for years so there is no doubt in their ability to see your vision. We will follow along with the main information sheet and keep tabs along the way! Say “I DO” to this package and we will get started together!

  • Day of Coordination

    Planning a wedding is a joyful journey, but the event day can present challenges. A Day of Wedding Planner is your essential partner, ensuring every detail runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating. They coordinate vendors, set up the venue, and manage the timeline, ready to tackle any issues that arise.   • Consultation

    Sometimes the budget does not allow for you to have a planner but you may feel uncertain if you have overlooked anything. I will schedule a call with you and we will go over your entire day together. It will amaze you how much we will be able to help with things that you thought you knew. For example, don’t spend a ton of money on lighting if your ceremony is in July. It is light out until very late in the evening and likely to stay well lit. We have the privilege of hosting weddings all year round so we see every type of scenario. Say “I DO” to a consult call.

  • Ceremony Only Coordination

    Hiring a ceremony coordinator ensures that your wedding ceremony unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to fully enjoy the moment.   • Set up/Take down crew

    If you need help with basic setup and take down we have a crew for you. We have an hourly rate and once we schedule a call with you to go over your décor we will provide you with a quote.

  • Bar Staff

    We have full bar staff for your day and they love what they do. They can help guide you on obtaining a permit (if needed) and have years of experience mixing drinks and working our weddings!
